Emily Lee
Vice President, Business Development
Emily started her career at IBM as a consultant working with Financial Services companies. She later migrated to IBM’s Corporate Development team, helping IBM grow through Mergers and Acquisitions, Partnerships, and Investments. The hallmark of Emily’s time at IBM was being able to help large F500 companies as well as develop mutually valuable relationships with emerging companies.
After 10 years, Emily left Big Blue and joined ICON in March 2022 as Vice President of Business Development. Today, she brings her working knowledge of internal company operations to solve the many challenges businesses face today. Her experience structuring partnerships and the flexible corporate barter model, falls right in line with creating tailored and creative solutions.
Most People Don’t Know That… Lee travels around the world with her sister, a vet, visiting interesting animals.
Emily holds a Bachelors of Science from Carnegie Mellon University (let’s go Pens!) and a Masters in Global Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
