STAMFORD — ICON International, a finance firm specializing in corporate barter, plans to relocate this summer its main offices from western Greenwich back to the downtown Stamford office complex where it was previously headquartered.
The company has signed a lease for 60,826 square feet, across the top two floors of the approximately 253,000-square-foot building at 107 Elm St., which is part of Stamford Plaza.
It marked the largest office lease in the first quarter of 2023 in Fairfield County, according to a report by commercial real estate firm CBRE.
