Brooke Sparacino
VP, Ad Operations & Analytics
Brooke joined ICON in September 2018 on a mission to help build the ICON’s digital advertising operations. Today, she leads the Ad Operations and Analytics teams.
Eager to maximize her college degree, Brooke entered the workforce with Stew Leonard’s as a retail graphic designer and photographer. Seeking to explore her interest in advertising, she left to become a media planner with pioneering digital firm Modem Media servicing Kraft Foods, Delta Airlines, and Sony accounts. Over the course of twenty years in the digital industry, Brooke gained experience with B2B (Verizon Fios), B2C (General Mills), and D2C (Spinmaster) campaigns.
“I’m always thinking about the future,” she says, “and how we prepare for that.
As the need for digital advertising and qualitative analysis grew, so did the demand for Brooke’s technical skill sets. By the time she arrived at ICON as a director of Ad Operations and Platform Technologies, her native digital expertise was the perfect complement to ICON’s traditional media offerings. With the rise in technology and analytics to drive content reach and effectiveness, Brooke, along with her team, built processes, dashboards, and visualization tools to help clients better understand campaign performance and inform tactical decisions.
A voracious reader of industry news and trends, Brooke constantly is exploring new platforms – and sharing what she learns by mentoring her team and seeking a true client bond to understand and meet their evolving needs.
What’s something people don’t know about me?
I play the piano, and I can drive a boat. I love puzzles, cards, and board games.
Brooke received her B.A. in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute and her Master of Science in education from the University of Bridgeport.
